Did you know that every time you lose weight and gain it back, your body becomes more resistant to weight loss? More often
than not, people who go on ‘diets’ cannot maintain the lifestyle due to the impracticality of the lifestyle changes that are Stop yo-yo dieting. It can lead to long term heart and kidney damage. Diets don’t work. Depriving oneself of favorite foods is not realistic, nor is living in a constant state of hunger. Deprivation is not a good idea if you want sustainability
I don’t believe in diets. I don’t believe in being hungry and I certainly don’t believe in giving up our favorite foods. With the right motivation and sincere determination, weight can be lost, kept off and a healthy weight sustained.
