You Don't Have An Address?? Hummmmmm.....

If you are wondering why there is no address for my business it's because I decided to close my home studio, years ago. [ I live in Trumbull, Ct. BTW] I closed my home-based operation when I noticed working with people on their home turf, or meeting at their favorite coffee shop for a coaching session, was more comfortable for my clients. Coaching [and personal training] are based upon determination, motivation, and trust. Where we meet, and how we meet [virtually or in-person] is your decision. This is your journey, not mine. You, the client, are in total control of the path you choose to take and should feel as comfortable and relaxed as is possible. We are a team, working together to achieve your goals, but how we move forward is in your hands, not mine.
